There is a moment on every soul’s journey where something begins to shift.

There exists a love so profound, so infinite, that it transcends lifetimes. A love that is not about finding another, but rather recognizing yourself in another. This is the sacred journey of Twin Flames—two embodiments of the same soul, experiencing separation only to awaken to the truth: they have never been apart.

Twin Flames are not about romance in the conventional sense. Their love is a mirror, a catalyst, a reunion of energy that defies time, space, and logic.

We often get so caught up in growth, goals, responsibilities, and the people we love that we forget to pause and truly see ourselves. Not just to express gratitude for what surrounds us, but to honor who we are—how we choose to show up, how we love, how we hold both challenges and joy with so much grace

I received this message one Sunday after I had meditated multiple times that day, trying to move through, what I call an ego death. A moment where I understood that the current version of myself and the attached behaviors, were no longer serving me. However, the stress I was placing on trying to figure it all out was noted by those present on the spirit side, and this beautiful reminder came through.

Does your love come with conditions, or can you truly sit in the unconditional nature of love?

I believe true love is one without conditions. Yet, so many of us have never fully experienced it—either in receiving or in giving. Society has taught us love as something to be earned, something given when we meet certain expectations. But love, from a soul perspective, is simply what we are.

For most of us, if we asked our parents this question when we were kids, the answer would have been a resounding “of course you’re special, dear”!

Ask that same question as an adult and you’ll likely get a sarcastic “sure, you’re special” with a chuckle at the end.
